A boutique airline that flies small groups to quiet places. We built a site as calm as the cabin: one scroll from first look to booked.

Booking path, start to finish

The story

The gap

Zedhics flies small groups to places most people never find. A fjord with one hotel. An island with no cars. A valley you can only reach by a twelve seat plane.

The trips were special. The website wasn’t. It looked like every other airline: crowded menus, loud banners, a booking form that asked for everything before it told you anything. People loved the trip once they were on it. Getting them on it was the hard part.

The brief

Make the site feel like the cabin. Calm, quiet, a little bit special. And make booking simple enough that nobody needs to call.

Zedhics’s travellers aren’t hunting for the cheapest seat. They want to know where they can go, what it will feel like and how to get there. Everything else could wait.

The approach

Three questions, in that order. Where can I go? What will it feel like? How do I book? Every page answers one of them, and nothing else.

Photography does the selling. Full width, unhurried, one place at a time. Short lines sit beside it, the way a good guide talks: a sentence, then a pause.

One path to a quote. Pick a place, pick a month, see what’s free. No accounts, no twelve step forms. The quote button follows you down the page, so the moment you’re ready, it’s right there.

Four core pages and nothing more. Home, destinations, the fleet and booking. Each one designed for desktop, tablet and phone on its own, because most people first find Zedhics on their phone, late at night, dreaming about somewhere quiet.

And built so the team can run it. Routes, seasons and offers all live in the CMS. A new destination is a new item, not a new project.

The result

From a site that felt like a timetable, to one that feels like the trip. A traveller can go from first look to a quote in one scroll, without reading a single paragraph they didn’t need.

The team updates routes and offers themselves, in minutes. Six weeks from brief to launch, and calm from the first screen to the last.

Branding

Design + Dev

A residential brand selling homes before they’re built. We made the identity and a site that lets buyers feel the space, not just read the plan.
