Brand, web design and build

A residential brand selling homes before they’re built. We made the identity and a site that lets buyers feel the space, not just read the plan.

The story

The gap

Off-plan is a leap of faith. There’s no front door to open yet. Just a floor plan, a few renders and a promise that it will all be worth it.

Orland builds homes for people who care how a place feels. But their sales kit was five PDFs, a price list and a lot of follow up calls. Buyers had the facts. They didn’t have a reason to believe.

The brief

Give Orland a name people remember, then a site that lets buyers feel the space before it exists.

Two kinds of buyers needed to find their answer fast. Families who want a home to live in. Investors who want to know it’s a smart place to put their money. Both in English and Arabic, from day one.

The approach

Identity first. A quiet wordmark, warm stone colours and a typeface with soft edges. It looks at home on a hoarding, a brochure and a phone screen, so every touchpoint feels like the same place.

Then one scroll that tells the whole story. Eight sections, in the order a buyer actually thinks. The place. The homes. The finishes. The plans. The price. The way to pay. Who’s behind it. How to get in touch.

Let buyers make it theirs. Three interior themes sit side by side, and the rooms change as you switch between them. It’s the moment a floor plan starts to feel like a home.

Keep the numbers plain. Home types, sizes and payment plans, written as short facts. No small print, no digging through a PDF.

And always one tap from a person. A call and message button stays in reach, and every section ends with a way to talk to sales.

The Arabic site reads right to left, laid out for its readers, not just translated.

The result

From a folder of PDFs, to one link sales can send to anyone. A buyer can walk through the homes, pick a finish and understand the plans before they ever pick up the phone.

A launch that sells the feeling as well as the square metres. In two languages, on any screen.
